  • Serve as Registered Agent; and
  • Fee Deferred Collection Services**
(The above services do not include attending meetings, governing document changes, such as amending the covenants, and do not include litigation or mandatory dispute resolution procedures unrelated to collections.)

Litigation Other Than Collections: $175 Per Hour




**Attorney Fees for Letters, Liens, and Small Claims Court are incurred at the time of service, but are not due and payable until collected from the delinquent homeowner.

Any partial payment by A delinquent homeowner is applied in the following order: attorney fees, costs, late fees, interest, and then to the oldest principal amount due.

The Association is responsible for advancing any costs charged by the court, such as filing fees.
